All law students are encouraged to schedule academic advising appointments with the assistant dean for Student Affairs to discuss graduation requirements, course selection and all other academic advising concerns. The assistant dean is also the official academic advisor for concurrent degree students and student veterans using federal or state benefits.
All students with a cumulative GPA below 2.6 are required to meet with the assistant dean for Student Affairs to develop an academic action plan at the beginning of each regular semester. Students must satisfy their action plan before they will be allowed to register for classes.
