S. Lynn Harrison-Bullard, MSE, started as Program Manager in October, 2013 and was named AR AIMS President beginning January, 2018 after the retirement of Kenneth James in December, 2017. She began teaching in Arkansas in 1985 and has taught at elementary, middle, high school, and college levels.  She also served as Director for Gifted Programs in Sheridan, North Little Rock, and Bryant.

Ms Harrison-Bulard has served on the Board for the Arkansans for Gifted and Talented Education for several years including Public Relations Chair for the past 5 years and as the AGATE Conference Chairperson in 2007. In 2007, she was named Arkansas Administrator of the Year by the Arkansas Association of Gifted Education Administrators. Named a  Citibank Fellow from the Coalition of Essential Schools,  she worked with teachers across the country and was selected to work with Ted Sizor and the Brown University High School.  Harrison has published three books for teachers by Instructional Fair, Writing Across the Curriculum, Give Me A Clue Sherlock, and Meet the Clintons.
