A positive higher education experience requires that the students are developing academically, socially and culturally throughout their college career.  AAMI has identified specific ways to support student development through programming designed to address the needs of the African-American male student.   Through Brother’s Keeper and empowerment programming, AAMI enhances the development of program participants.
