Introduction

In 2003-2004, UALR engaged campus and external constituents in a comprehensive strategic planning process which articulated goals, objectives, and strategies to guide the university’s development and progress in the ensuing years. These goals, objectives, and strategies formed the core of UALR Fast Forward, UALR’s long-range plan. The report at hand provides an overarching review of achievements and continuing challenges against the backdrop of UALR Fast Forward as the institution begins the process leading to the next iteration of its strategic plan.
