If you have already submitted your application with payment and just need to request the militar residency, please complete the residency appeal form
A term may only be changed once within one year of application at no additional charge. Each request is reviewed by a member of the Admissions staff. Notification of the status of the request will be emailed to the email address entered on this form within 72 business hours.
