Admission of Non-traditional Students
Non-tradtional students include:
- Transient students: Those who plan to earn credit at UALR that will be transferred back to your current institution
- Post-baccalaureate students: Those who have earned at least a bachelor’s degree but want to take some undergraduate courses
- Non-degree seeking students: Those who will enroll in classes for personal enrichment or professional development
The requirements for each vary; please see the list below for more information on the admissions process for non-traditional students.
Transient students must submit the following for admission:
- Completed application for admission and application fee
- Letter of good standing from current institution
- Proof of 2 MMR immunizations (for applicants born after January 1, 1957)
Post-baccalaureate students must submit the following for admission:
- Completed application for admission and application fee
- Proof of 2 MMR immunizations (for applicants born after January 1, 1957)
- Official transcript from bachelor degree granting institution
Non-Degree Seeking students must submit the following for admission:
- Completed application for admission and application fee
- Proof of 2 MMR immunizations (for applicants born after January 1, 1957)
