Doug Lynch earned a bachelors’ degree in finance from UALR in 1990 and graduated from the Southwest Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University in Dallas in 1997. Lynch has more than 25 years of experience in the banking industry, including serving as the Arkansas regional president for Delta Trust and Bank from 2008-11 in Fayetteville, and he spent about a year as regional president at the First Community Bank in Batesville.
