Jazz & Juleps

May 24, 2018 at 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Join us May 24 for the ninth annual Jazz & Juleps event to create scholarships for the University of Arkansas at Little Rock’s Department of Audiology and Speech Pathology. The evening was made possible in part by generous support from this year’s Jazz & Juleps sponsors.

Brooks Gibson Wolfe was born in Dermott, AR in 1957. She graduated from St. Mary’s Hall, San Antonio, Texas in 1975, attended London School of Polytechnic and graduated summa cum laude from Millsaps College with a degree in History. She received her Masters of Science from the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences and her Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Florida.

After college, she worked as the Photo Editor for Norman Vincent Peale’s Guideposts Magazine while living in New York. She was the Infant Hearing Supervisor at the Arkansas Department of Health and has been the Senior Audiologist at the Arkansas School for the Deaf for the past 24 years.

Brooks is a member of Trinity Episcopal Cathedral and is the widow of Townsend Durant Wolfe, former executive director and chief curator of the Arkansas Arts Center.

Jazz & Juleps features a silent auction item. Mint juleps, beer, wine, soda, and heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served.

Attire is business casual.
