INSTITUTE CHECK-IN – UALR

Each participant will receive an APSI name tag, lunch tickets, campus map, parking information, and itinerary for the week when checking in for the Institute.
Participants arriving on Monday, may check in for their Institutes and check into their rooms from 3:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 17, and on Monday, June 24, 2013. Check-in will be in the East Hall at 3101 Fair Park Blvd. (Follow the signs). Access to the dorms is from Fair Park Blvd. and allows participants to easily move into their accommodations. Campus maps will be provided upon arrival.
On Tuesday, June 18, check in will be in the lobby of the Center for the Performing Arts, beginning at 7:00 a.m. Opening session begins at 8 am in the Center for Performing Arts. Participants using UALR accommodations may move into their rooms after the sessions are concluded for the day at 4:45 p.m.
On Tuesday, June 25, check in will be in the lobby of Dickinson Hall beginning at 7:00 a.m. Opening session begins at 8 am in the Dickinson Auditorium. Participants using UALR accommodations may move into their rooms after the sessions are concluded for the day at 4:45 p.m.
