- 3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- Early Check-in for Institute and dorm rooms. Please follow the signs.
- Location:Â Conference Room on main floor of the Administration Building – Participants will pick up their name tags and schedules and key to dorm room.
- Address: 200 Whittington Avenue, Hot Springs.
Tuesday
- 7:00 a.m. Check-in for Institute.
- Location: Conference Room, Administration Building
- Parking in First Presbyterian Church lots across the street, St. Mary’s Catholic Church, street parking, and parking lot behind the dorm.
- 8:00 a.m. Opening Session in the sanctuary of the First Presbyterian Church
- After 4:45 p.m. participants may check into the dorm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
- Day begins at 8 a.m. and ends at 4:45 p.m.
