INSTITUTE CHECK IN
Participants may check in for the Institute and check into their rooms from 3:30 p.m.- 5:45 p.m. on Sunday, July 8, and beginning at 6:45 a.m. on Monday, July 9. The Opening Session begins promptly at 8:00 a.m. in the sanctuary of the First Presbyterian Church across the street from the Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences and the Arts. All participants must check in prior to the Opening Session.
When checking in, the participant will receive a book bag, name tag and itinerary for the week. The name tag allows access to the cafeteria for breakfast and lunch.
Participants staying at ASMSA may check-in and pick up their room assignment at the same time they check-in for the Institute. Rooms are assigned two weeks in advance. Participants from the same schools/districts are assigned together whenever possible.
Elevators are available, and the classroom building is connected to the dormitory building via an enclosed sky-walk. Check-in is in the Administration Building. There is elevator access to the floors from both buildings.
