Jacek Lubecki

Jacek Lubecki, received his Ph.D. in International Studies from the Graduate School of International Studies, University of Denver. Since 2005 he has been Coordinator of International Studies and Middle Eastern Studies, and Assistant Professor of Political Science at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. His publications include: “‘Polish Exceptionalism:’ What Explains the Low Turnout in Polish Post-communist Elections?” (co-authored with Lech Szczegola, The Polish Review, winter 2007), “Poland in Iraq” (The Polish Review, summer 2005), and “Echoes of Latifundism?” (Eastern European Politics and Societies, winter 2004).
