UALR offers an online Bachelors of Arts in Liberal Arts (BALA) degree that is ideal for students who find it difficult to attend on-campus classes and need a flexible schedule.

The Liberal Arts degree program is an interdisciplinary approach to university studies. BALA allows students to combine aspects of several academic disciplines both within and outside of the College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences (CAHSS).
