Troubleshooting
If you are unable to access Argos or have problems installing the ActiveX Controls, please review the following:
- Argos requires NetID and password to log into Argos.
- Argos requires the use of Internet Explorer.
- Vista users must turn “User Account Controls” off.
- Must be connected to the UALR network.
- Argos does not work on MAC operating systems.
Microsoft Vista Instructions
To access Argos from a Microsoft Vista Machine, User Account Controls must be turned off. To do this, please go to User Accounts under the control panel. There is a link that says ‘Turn User Account Control on or off’. Uncheck the box in the pop-up which requires a restart.
