IMAGENOW
Since 2002, UALR has used the system ImageNow by Perceptive Software in the offices of Records & Registration, Admissions & Financial Aid, and the Graduate School. Since then, its use has been expanded to a number of the University’s administrative offices, in addition to various departments.
ImageNow vs. WebNow
ImageNow is the client version of the software that must be purchased by individual departments. If you already have this software, then you may request as many user accounts as desired. You will need ImageNow if you wish to input documents into the system.
WebNow is the web version of ImageNow that is only used for viewing. If your department does not need to enter documents into the system, and only needs to view existing documents, you can request a WebNow account.
Access
Any supervisor may request access for employees by submitting an email to imagenowsecurity@ualr.edu including the type of access (ImageNow or WebNow), the username of the requestor, and what type of access they need.
To log in, use your email username and password. WebNow can be accessed at imagenow.ualr.edu.
Training
To access the following documents, please log in using your FACSTAFF username and password when prompted. Example:
Username: FACSTAFF\jxdoe
Password: ********
