I have over forty years experience in teaching, at all levels from
junior high through university. The success of my students is teh
number one priority on my planning and activities. I believe that
their success and preparation for the job market is also a measure of
my success as an instructor. It is with much satisfaction that I learn
of their accomplishments in their careers after they leave UALR. I
feel rewarded for my efforts. I also enjoy the professional
association and student-teacher interactions within the classroom
