August 22 is a payment due date. In order to concentrate our best efforts toward providing payment services to UALR students, it is necessary for us to make the following adjustments in our available services to your department. Please make this information available to your faculty and staff.
The Cashier’s Office will not be accepting departmental deposits on Friday, August 22. We will be glad to secure your deposit in our vault until it can be processed the next business day. Prior to August 22, it may also be necessary for the Cashier’s Office to hold a departmental deposit and process it after all students have been served. The receipt will be emailed to the depositor and a receipt will be held for the department to pick up at a later date.
We will also be unable to provide courtesy check cashing during this time. An ATM machine is located in the Donaghey Student Center for your convenience.
