Refund checks are the excess of funds from financial aid after all tuition and fee charges have been paid. All refund checks will be mailed unless you sign up for direct deposit. You can sign up for direct deposit by logging into BOSS. Direct deposit will allow you to receive your money faster and prevent the possibility of a check getting lost in the mail. Lost refund check replacements can take up to ten business days. It is very important that you have a correct mailing address in order to prevent lost refund checks. Once your refund is generated, either by direct deposit or check, you will receive an email to your UALR email address.
