June 12 (Day 1)
TEEBODANS took off from Little Rock at 2:00 on Wednesday and headed on our long drive to our apartment in Brooklyn (pictured right). We rotated drivers every 5-7 hours. Most of the dancers were in a school van and a few were riding with Stephanie in her own mini-van. We made occasional stops for gas, restrooms, and snacks. When we arrived in Nashville, TN we got dinner at Chili’s. It was nice to sit down for a real meal, but not the most ideal place because it was around 10:00 p.m., the restaurant was crowded and our server was very slow. All in all, we were in a hurry and did not have time to look for a better place. We got back on the road for the seemingly slowest part of the driving in the wee hours of the morning, then day light brought us into Tuesday.
