Mary handles scheduling for the deans, as well as reservations for the college’s two conference rooms, Fine Arts 116 and Stabler Hall 603G. She also routes and logs incoming paperwork for signatures, compiles and distributes the college’s events calendar, and is a good starting point for information about whom to contact for particular questions.

Amy is the liaison between CAHSS and the UALR Office of Communications. If you have stories about events, lectures, faculty, staff, or students you would like to get out to the media, contact Amy to assist you. She can also help departments and programs with creating brochures, fliers, mailouts, invitations, and other promotional materials. Amy collects all OCDA requests and reports, promotion and tenture materials, chair and faculty evaluations, and organizes the AHSS Awards Assembly.

Chad directs technology for the college and manages the AHSS Learning Technology Center. He supervises the planning, budgeting, installation, and maintenance of software, hardware, and peripherals for the college’s technology-enhanced learning spaces. Chad also answers questions about and provides recommendations for a wide range of technology-related issues.
