Come check out our morning panel of speakers to hear about how the field of biomedical informatics is helping to improve patient outcomes, lower costs, increase safety, and promote higher quality medical services.
Lunch with Academic Advisers – How does one get the skills and knowledge to get started in biomedical informatics? During our lunch session, participants will be able to talk with academic advisers from UAMS and UA Little Rock about their educational options and program offerings.

Specialty Tracks – So what is it like to work in the various specialty areas of the Biomedical Informatics field? During the afternoon, you will be able to rotate through different sessions that demonstrate the type of problem solving skills you will need to compete in this field.
