H.I.I.T.High Intensity Interval Training Don’t let the name scare you! High Intensity refers to the amount of effort expanded. Interval training involves alternating segments of work and recovery. Using specific work/rest patterns, you will burn maximum calories in minimum time!

Intensity– A high-intensity class using the concepts of muscle confusion to improve endurance and performance.

Kick Butt! – A high intensity class that combines aerobics, boxing, and martial arts to improve endurance, coordination, and strength.

Latin Hip-Hop Fusion– In this Zumba-inspired class, Latin dance meets hip-hop and line dance. Definitely a class for dance lovers!

Line Dancing– Come learn the latest moves and patterns on the floor! You’ll learn the hottest moves while grooving to the beat!

Piloxing – A unique mix of Pilates and boxing moves that incorporate fat torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric exercises.

POUND Rockout Workout™ – A full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements/poses, and plyometrics. Strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music!
