RE: 2012-2013 Student Activity Fee Budget Allocation Process

Below you will find the link to the 2012-2013 Budget Allocation website, which contains the necessary forms your organization will need during the allocation process. Although submission of a proposal in no way guarantees that student activity fee funding will be awarded, all currently registered student organizations are eligible to submit a budget requests for activity programs.


A student representative from your organization must attend one of the following workshops if your organization’s budget request is to be considered:

Twelve (12) typed or computer-generated (handwritten will not be accepted) hard copies of your organization’s budget request must be submitted to DSC 216 no later than 5:00 p.m., Friday, February 24, 2012.

Contact Michael Castens if you have any difficulty accessing the forms below. You will be able to type directly into the budget allocation application form; therefore, we strongly encourage the completion of the form provided on the website, and then printing the 12 required copies for submission from that document. You should be able to save the form for future use.

Please do not submit your budget proposal until after your organization has attended a workshop.

UPDATE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2012-2013: travel expenses for registered student organizations will be limited to 50% of their allocated budget.
