Fall 2017 Boot Camp

Are you looking for a physical challenge? Would you like to achieve a healthier weight? Have you been looking for ways to lead a healthier and more active lifestyle? The UALR  Little Rock-Fit Boot Camp Challenge is for you! The UALR  Little Rock-Fit Boot Camp is a competition-based program designed to help motivate overweight individuals to lose weight and develop a healthier lifestyle. The competition consists of boot camp classes, other fitness classes, exercise challenges, and weigh-ins. For more information, see the links below:

Register August 21 – 31, 2017:

Monday – 10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Tuesday/Thursday: 9 – 10:30 a.m. & 1:30 – 4:30 p.m.

Wednesday 10 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. & 3:30 – 5 p.m.

Friday: 10:00 – 11:30 a.m. & 1:30 -4 p.m.
