Spring 2016 Boot Camp

January 25 – March 21, 2016

Are you looking for a physical challenge? Would you like to achieve a healthier weight? Have you been looking for ways to lead a healthier and more active lifestyle? The UALR  New Year, New Body, New You! Spring 2016 Boot Camp Challenge is for you! The UALR New Year, New Body, New You Boot Camp is a competition-based program designed to help motivate overweight individuals to lose weight and develop a healthier lifestyle. The competition consists of boot camp classes, other fitness classes, exercise challenges, and weigh-ins. For more information, see the links below:

Register January 19 – February 1, 2016:

Monday: 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. – 6 p.m.

Tuesday/Thursday: 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. and  12 p.m. – 1 p.m.

Wednesday: 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. – 5 p.m.

Friday: 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. – 5 p.m.
