Are you looking for a physical challenge? Would you like to achieve a healthier weight? Have you been looking for ways to lead a healthier and more active lifestyle? The UALR Biggest Loser Boot Camp Challenge is for you! The UALR Biggest Loser Boot Camp is a competition-based program designed to help motivate overweight individuals to lose weight and develop a healthier lifestyle. The competition consists of boot camp classes, other fitness classes, exercise challenges, and weigh-ins. For more information, see the links below:
Registration begins August 26:
Monday: 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. – 4 p.m.
Tuesday/Thursday: 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. – 1 p.m.
Wednesday: 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday: 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. – 5 p.m.
