Fall 2016 Boot Camp

Are you looking for a physical challenge? Would you like to achieve a healthier weight? Have you been looking for ways to lead a healthier and more active lifestyle? The UALR  Little Rock-Fit Fall 2016 Boot Camp Challenge is for you! The UALR  Little Rock-Fit Boot Camp is a competition-based program designed to help motivate overweight individuals to lose weight and develop a healthier lifestyle. The competition consists of boot camp classes, other fitness classes, exercise challenges, and weigh-ins. For more information, see the links below:

Register August 29 – September 2, 2016:

Monday/Wednesday: 12 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Tuesday/Thursday: 11 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Friday: 2 p.m. – 5 p.m.
