Spring 2018 Boot Camp

January 29 – March 25, 2018

Are you looking for a physical challenge? Would you like to achieve a healthier weight? Have you been looking for ways to lead a healthier and more active lifestyle this year? The UA- Little Rock  New Year, New Body, New You Boot Camp Challenge is for you! The UA- Little Rock New Year, New Body, New You Boot Camp is a competition-based program designed to help motivate overweight individuals to lose weight and develop a healthier lifestyle. The competition consists of boot camp classes, other fitness classes, exercise challenges, and weigh-ins. For more information, see the links below:

Registration begins January 22, 2018:

Monday – Friday: 9 – 10:15 a.m.

Monday/Wednesday:  4 – 5 p.m.

Tuesday/Thursday: 1:30 – 3 p.m.
