Spring 2017 Boot Camp

January 23 – March 18, 2017

Are you looking for a physical challenge? Would you like to achieve a healthier weight? Have you been looking for ways to lead a healthier and more active lifestyle? The UALR  New Year, New Body, New You Boot Camp Challenge is for you! The UALR  New Year, New Body, New You Boot Camp is a competition-based program designed to help motivate overweight individuals to lose weight and develop a healthier lifestyle. The competition consists of boot camp classes, other fitness classes, exercise challenges, and weigh-ins. For more information, see the links below:

Register January 17 – 31, 2017:

Monday – Friday: 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.

Tuesday/Thursday: 1:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Wednesday 12 – 2 p.m. & 4 – 6 p.m.
