As an employer, you have a variety of options for getting involved with UALR Career Services and recruiting highly-qualified students from our campus. Career Services hosts career fairs and facilitates on-campus recruitment events, employer panels and career forums.
Recruit Students and Alumni
UALR utilizes Symplicity, a web-based employment management system. Sign in to UALR Symplicity to view the resumes of students who are registered with us. Additionally, while you are there you can post jobs or internships, register for upcoming career events. Career Services’ vast on-campus interviewing possibilities vary by your needs.
Post Internship Opportunities
Are you interested in hiring an intern to work at your place of employment? Internships are a great way for students to gain hands-on experience in their field as well as a great way for you to meet and provide training for prospective future employees.
