Chancellor Participates in “Facing Ourselves and History” Panel

On Tuesday, November 13 Chancellor Joel E. Anderson participated in a panel at the Mosaic Templars Cultural Center as part of the Facing History and Ourselves annual board meeting and retreat.  The organization uses history as a means to “combat racism, antisemitism, and prejudice and nurture democracy through education programs worldwide.”  The panel, moderated by Dr. Terrence J. Roberts of the Little Rock Nine, focused on the changes in the education system and race relations in Arkansas since the Little Rock Central High School desegregation crisis.
