UALR to Begin Conversation on Potential Tech Park Site

Chancellor Joel E. Anderson announced today to the UALR Board of Visitors that UALR is beginning a series of meetings and conversations with residents who live in an area immediately adjacent to campus about the possibility of selling land to the Little Rock Technology Park Board. UALR would offer a 20-acre area in which it owns property for consideration.

The university will host a series of meetings to discuss the idea with neighbors of the campus.  Anderson stated, “We want to talk to our neighbors and key stakeholders about the desirability of offering to sell our properties to the tech park board for the location and development of the technology park.”
