The Fall 2013 Chancellor’s Late-Night Pancake Breakfast was a success despite the inclement weather. More than 200 students dined on a pancake breakfast served by Chancellor Joel E. Anderson and other members of campus administration. The event, which is held from 9:00 p.m.-10:30 p.m. on consultation day before finals, was a great way for students, faculty, and staff to have fun and relax before the end of semester.
