Dr. Andrew Rogerson, UA Little Rock ChancellorDr. Andrew Rogerson began as chancellor of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock on Sept. 1, 2016. A native of Glasgow, Scotland, Dr. Rogerson is the first internationally born chancellor in UA Little Rock’s history, and he brings a wealth of global academic, scientific and administrative expertise to his role as the 10th leader of UA Little Rock.

Revised Logo and Abbreviated Name

The University of Arkansas at Little Rock changed its short-form name from UALR to UA Little Rock in recognition of its strong connection to central Arkansas. Chancellor Andrew Rogerson announced the change, along with a new logo, on Jan. 23.
