Our office was recently visited by Mrs. Janessa and Dr. Andrew Rogerson, the new UA Little Rock Chancellor!
Chancellor Rogerson has, in his 6-month tenure, been on a familiarization tour to the various departments and parts of the University. Children International’s integral role as one of UA little Rock’s primary community program made this an important and timely visit.
Chancellor and Mrs. Rogerson met with our agency in an effort to have a greater understanding of how we are connected with UA Little Rock and how we connect the University to the community that we serve.
They were able to share with our staff the ways they would like to see the relationship between the University and its community grow stronger and, how we can continue and extend our impact.
As a community-based program that is attached to the state’s only metropolitan university, we recognize that our agency plays a vital role. Our agency is in support of working within the University to exemplify its goal, and continuing to build with our community!
