Program Requirements and Renewal

CLC Scholars must meet certain requirements at the end of each academic year in order to renew their scholarship. All community service hours and personal/professional development programs must be submitted each year before to the last day of spring semester courses.

The Volunteer Service Verification Form can be printed. This is not required, but could make things easier when submitting your proof of service.

Examples of Personal/Professional Development Programs: Personal development programs could include mental health events, personal finance and budgeting workshops, health/fitness events, etc. Professional development programs could include conferences or sessions related to your major, professional trainings, networking events, etc.

If you have questions regarding what counts for these requirements, please email clc@ualr.edu.
