Job Description: This person will collect, identify, and organize DSG Intellectual Property for the use by all processes and disciplines within the company. The IM follows a regular rhythm and regularly interacts with key executives for guidance and key decisions.  The IM will participate in 6 training sessions per quarter which will cover CSM usage, cultivating relationships with team members, reporting and analysis, responding to various scenarios, time management, etc.
