Location: Little Rock, AR
Rate of Pay: $10 - $12/hr.
Work Schedule: 20 - 40 hrs./wk., flexible between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Majors/Minors: CPSC, IFSC, MIS
VCC is a nationally recognized company and it is the largest General Contractor in Arkansas. Technology is very important in the way VCC does business. The technologies that are used include cloud computing, 3D modeling software and other construction management software that is developed in-house.
Job Description:
First level technical supports.
Answer tech support phone and create tech request tickets for users.
Fix Malware issues, setup computers, printers and other hardware.
Repair hardware related problems for IT and troubleshoot software and hardware problems.
Qualifications:
Computer Science, Information Science, or Management Information Systems at the sophomore or junior level. Candidate must be dependable, task-driven, results-oriented and willing to learn new technologies.
