The CASE mission is to improve the quality of education and human services in Arkansas and globally through a number of inter-related activities.

Center for Gifted Education

The Center provides programs and services to talented students and their families, teachers, and administrators. Established in 2001, it is only one of twenty-five such centers nationwide.

Center for Literacy

In 2006, the Center for Literacy in the College of Education was established. Ā The Center for Literacy is the National Center for the Partnerships in Comprehensive Literacy (PCL) Model and Ā the Comprehensive Intervention Model (CIM) and is one of only 22 Reading Recovery Training Centers in the United States.

Partnership for 21st Century Skills

The Framework presents a holistic view of 21st century teaching and learning that combines a discrete focus on 21st century student outcomes (a blending of specific skills, content knowledge, expertise and literacies) with innovative support systems to help students master the multi-dimensional abilities required of them in the 21st century.
