Meetings

You will distinguish yourself in the workplace if you have the ability to effectively lead as well as participate in meetings. The first step is to be aware of your own behavior and to ask yourself if you are getting the results you want. If the answer is positive, keep up the good work. If you are not satisfied with the answer, find out why. This might mean you ask a team member whose opinion you respect to give you some feedback. Remember it is difficult to be your own coach! Use these resources when appropriate.
