Diplomas will not be awarded at the commencement ceremony.
During the ceremony you will be given your diploma cover. The process of ensuring that all graduation requirements have been met and the process of printing of your diploma will take approximately six weeks from the date of Commencement.
You will be notified by mail when your diploma is printed and ready to be picked up. If your diploma is not picked up within two weeks of receiving this letter your diploma will be mailed to you. If you should want someone, other than yourself, to pick up your diploma then you will need to provide the Office of Records and Registration with signed, written permission for this person to do so.
Please note: All correspondence concerning your diploma will be mailed to the address you provided when you applied for graduation. If the address you provided should change please contact the Office of Records and Registration to update your address information. Also, if you have any holds on your account we will not be able to issue your diploma to you. Holds on your account may include parking fines, overdue library book charges, unpaid tuition or fees, etc.
