Web Content & Web Design

We are here to assist the entire campus in navigating the digital domain, from SEO and web content to social media and web design. We do this by setting guidelines and policies, training, and deploying new initiatives to adapt to the ever-changing technological landscape.

Content

Quality web content is critical to our mission as a university. To set UA Little Rock apart, we need a consistent and clear brand message that is carried out across the entire digital ecosystem.

Content is used to describe the words, images, videos, infographics, and other data that is created to communicate clearly to an audience.

We can help you craft a content strategy that begins with teaching you the basics:

  • Determining your audience
  • Honing in on your key messages
  • Learning WordPress
  • Writing for the web
  • Adding multimedia
  • Checking for accessibility

Design

For consistency and branding, the style is already set for sites using the UA Little Rock template. That means the grids, fonts, colors, and widget styles are standard across all sites. We strive for a cohesive look, so UA Little Rock website visitors have a seamless experience when going from one site to the next.

Website Issues

The web team within the Office of Communications and Marketing works to create a site that is free of errors and accessible to everyone. If you have an issue or spot an error while on the UA Little Rock site, please let us know.
