1. Click on the Windows Start menu. Select Settings, then choose Networking and then select Dial-up Connections. Click on Make a new Connection.

  2. This will bring up the Connection Wizard, Click on Next to continue...

  3. Select next to Dial-up to private network. Click Next..

  4. Type 515-6150, click Next..

  5. Select For all users on the Connection Availability screen, click Next...

  6. Name the connection UALR, check the Add a shortcut to my desktop box, click Finish, which should bring you back to the dialup window.

  7. Click on Properties button at the bottom.

  8. This will bring you to the general display, click on the Security tab.

  9. Check the box next to Show terminal window, click OK...

  10. Click on the Networking tab, click next to Internet Protocol and Client for Microsoft Networks. Click OK...

  11. Back at the general display, check the box next to Use dialing rules

  12. Click on the Edit tab...

  13. If you have call waiting service - check the box next to To Disable call waiting, choose *70... Click OK.

  14. You should now be back at the logon screen. Enter your Athena username and password, then click Dial...

  15. You are now connected to the UALR dial-up server…
