Visually and hearing impaired users visit pages just as anyone else does. The problem for the visually challenged is they have to use programs that can "read the screen" to them. The hard of hearing or deaf cannot hear sounds attached to pages. Our duty is to make pages that provide them with the same experience and information as everyone else.
