Student Services One-Stop Center
The Student Services One-Stop Center will be a modern four-story building planned to consolidate all student services and campus administration into one facility.
Located adjacent to the Ottenheimer Library and adjoining the Donaghey Student Center by skywalk, the building will house Administration, Admissions & Financial Aid, Records & Registration, Student Accounts and Cashiers Office, University College, Private Scholarships, Disability Services, Veteran Affairs, and Transfer Services. The building will include a 205-seat auditorium.
Project Timeline
Beginning: Spring 2011
Scheduled completion: Summer 2012

Affected Walking Routes
Beginning Feb. 4, 2011, the north-facing entrance doors and north sidewalk to the DSC will be closed to pedestrian traffic by a temporary fence enclosing the construction zone.
You can access the DSC through all other entrances, including the northwest entrance near Ottenheimer Library, the east entrance, and the south entrances. For approximately three weeks, ADA access for students with disabilities will be through the east entrance by the swimming pool and the west entrance under the awning. Upper floors can be accessed by elevator.
During this phase of construction, you will be unable to use the north sidewalk in front of the building as a passageway to the residence halls, parking deck, and other facilities east of the building.
You will be able to walk through the DSC and exit the east entrance to access this area of campus, or you can use the sidewalk that runs north of Parking Lot 1.
Project Funding
This $13 million project is funded by a $32 million bond issue recommended by the UALR Board of Visitors and approved by UA Trustees in September 2009.
