Construction of a new sports complex will begin on the south of campus across Asher Avenue on the site of the former Coleman Dairy.

The new track and field/soccer complex will serve both intramural and intercollegiate needs of the campus.

Project Timeline

Beginning: January 2011
Scheduled completion: September 2012

Project Funding

This $5 million project is funded by a $30 million bond issue recommended by the UALR Board of Visitors and approved by UA Trustees in October 2009.
