Nita Copeland receives Quality Matters Recognition

We wanted to share the good news that Nita Copeland’s HSCI 3402 Kinesology course has passed an extensive course review and received recognition from Quality Matters.

Quality Matters is a nationally recognized, faculty-centered, peer review process designed to certify the quality of online courses and online components. The QM rubric is based on research, best practices and sound instructional design principles. With eight general categories and forty specific standards, the rubric focuses on alignment between learning objectives, resources and materials, assessment, learner engagement, and course technology. HSCI 3402 was reviewed by three external peer-reviewers including one subject matter expert. She can now display the QM logo in conjunction with her course to indicate it has received recognition.

Congratualtions from The College of Science and Mathematics to Nita Copeland-Great Job!!
