The Central Arkansas Regional Science & Engineering Fair (CARSEF) previously known as CARSF will be held March 2nd, 2012 at UALR’s Fitness Center.
AGENDA

8:00 – 9:00 Student Registration in the Lobby of the Fitness Center
8:30 – 9:00 Judges Registration outside Meeting Rooms A, B, and C of the
Fitness Center
9:00 Judges Briefing in Meeting Rooms A, B, and C
9:30 Judging Begins – Parents are to leave the judging area
Judging ends between 10:30 and 11:30 usually, depending on category size
1:30-3:30 (a) Chemistry Olympiad exam administration +
(b) Lab Tours – Students will have the opportunity to tour various labs and programs on the UALR campus. More information will be available at registration.
3:30 Awards Ceremony – Junior Division – Field House*
4:30 Awards Ceremony – Senior Division – Field House*

The Field House is located on the south end of the Donaghey Student Center, just north of the tennis courts.

Vehicles, including school buses, can park in Lots 10 and 15 free of charge.

There is parking in the parking garage behind Lot 2. If you park and leave before noon, it will cost $1.00 to park. After noon the gate will be up.

+Chemistry Olympiad
Students whose teachers have signed them up for the Chemistry Olympiad exam will participate in this competition between 1:30-3:30pm.
