Welcome to the Home Page of the 2013 Central AR Regional Junior Academy of Science. This web page will serve as your source for information for the 2013 Central AR Regional Junior Academy of Science Paper Competition. LOCATION: UALR Campus-2801 S. University Ave.-Little Rock, AR
The Central Arkansas Region includes the following counties: Conway, Faulkner, Logan, Lonoke, Monroe, Perry, Pope, Prairie, Pulaski, and Yell. We encourage participation by all schools, both public and private, in these counties.
Divisions: Junior High & Senior High
Categories: Behavioral & Social Sciences, Biochemistry, Botany, Chemistry, Computer Science, Earth & Space Science, Engineering, Environmental Science, Mathematics, Medicine & Health, Microbiology, Physics & Zoology.
Fees: Entry fee is $10.00. Make checks payable to “Junior Academy of Science” and the check must accompany the paper and application.
No more than three (3) papers per school, per division, per category, will be accepted for the competition.
Deadlines: If mailed the Paper must be postmarked NO LATER than February 14, 2013 or hand delivered NO LATER than NOON, Monday, February 18, 2013. NO LATE ENTRIES ACCEPTED!!

Junior Academy does NOT accept papers with multiple authors. Only one student may enter each paper.
