Student Resources
The UALR campus has a wonderful mixture of ages, ethnicities, genders, and nationalities that provide the students with an opportunity for an enhanced learning experience. There are many campus-wide organizations and services that provide a means to connect to other students and share that experience. Links for prospective students and current students identify how to connect with those opportunities.
The Office of Recruitment was created to better serve prospective students and their families. We are here to help you find out if UALR is the right the place for you. Please make use of the information available here, and feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.

Academic Advising-We recognize that pursuing a degree can sometimes be like one big puzzle. We are here to help you solve that puzzle. This site was designed to provide you, the student, with the tools needed to find a major that best fits YOU.
Advising is required twice a year (once for the spring semester and again the summer and fall semesters) regardless of your track, and provides an opportunity for you to discuss your educational plans.
The College of Science offers additional opportunities for students who would like to connect with other students interested in their discipline of study.
