All UALR Students and full-time Faculty and Staff are automatically given an account on the students or facstaff domain. If you are a student or full-time faculty or staff, you do not need to fill out this form for an e-mail account or for access to the university computing network.  If you need access to another server (i.e. Apollo), you should complete this form.
