SPAM Filter
Email spam is an insidious problem. As the spammers get better at what they do, new techniques must be used to combat the growing amount of spam that gets sent to our mail system. Mail filtering is an appropriate way to help decrease the amount of spam messages that get delivered to our email inboxes.
Special webpages has been created to inform you of this issue and how to use the UALR SPAM Filter at:

Quarantine Inbox:

Actions for each button / link:
Deliver: messages will be delivered to your inbox, but will not inform the system of anything. Any messages from the sender of that message will continue to come to your quarantine inbox, because Barracuda Spam Firewall will not know if it’s spam or what.
Whitelist: Messages will be moved to your inbox allowing future messages from that sender to send messages directly to your inbox.
Delete: Messages will be deleted from your quarantine inbox, but will not inform the system of anything. Any messages from the sender of that message will continue to come to your quarantine inbox, because Barracuda Spam Firewall will not know if it’s spam or what.
Classify as Spam: the system will be informed that the sender is not trusted. And the sender of the message will be blocked from sending all future messages.
Classify as Not Spam: messages will be delivered to your inbox. The system will be informed that the sender is trusted. Any future messages from the sender will be automatically sent to your inbox.
