Higher Education Programs

Higher Education (HIED) offers a masters degree with two tracks, College Student Affairs and Two-Year College Teaching, and a doctorate with concentrations in Faculty Leadership, Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs Administration, or Two-Year College Leadership

The mission of the higher education unit at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock is to provide an excellent education for leaders who will make a positive difference in the performance of higher education students and institutions. The program provides a thorough grounding in the knowledge relating to higher education as a field of study, as well as the theory, practice, and scholarship of higher education.
