Delivery Specialist Inter

Delivery Specialist Interns execute the necessary processes to deliver data products and information to clients. Utilizing data processing tools, they submit jobs, work flows and monitor the completion and accuracy of the processing requirements and utilize transfer mechanisms to move data to appropriate platforms. They provide support and communication to teams and/or clients based on knowledge of data and/or processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • File receipt management, file processing, auditing, and reporting for multiple input files each day
  • Follow established procedures for process changes/modifications
  • Ensure the results of the job progress are in line with project requirements and service level agreements
  • Construct and/or enhance data documentation as needed
  • Have the technical aptitude to become proficient in using new processing tools
  • Have experience working in a team environment

Required Skills:

  • Very strong Microsoft Office experience utilizing Word and Excel in a work setting or academic classroom project
  • Previous data entry experience gained in a work setting or academic classroom project
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience working in team-related activities in a work setting or academic classroom project
  • Previous experience learning new technical concepts or process tools in a work setting or academic classroom project

“Nice to Have” Skills:

  • Exposure to SQL and Unix Coding
  • InfoBase Product Knowledge

Preferred Education Criteria:

Seeking December 2012, May 2013 and December 2013 graduates
Required GPA: 2.75 or above
