Technical Support Group Member
The EAST Initiative is looking to expand its Technical Services Group (TSG). This is a part-time position (up to 20 hours a week) helping schools use their EAST software and hardware. Primary duties are answering Help Desk phone calls and working on Help Tickets generated by EAST students and facilitators. The TSG also provides support for student training and internal technical issues as well. This position is in a professional setting and requires a dependable self starter.
Must be a high school graduate with a background in EAST. Other preferred skills include server/networking administration and experience with the standard software included in an EAST classroom. The ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing is required. The hours for this position are flexible with additional hours available during the summer months, and is an ideal position for a current college student.
